Talmud Torah

These posts will be based on some notes I’ve had sitting on my C-drive the last couple years. I will start with a few questions:
- Why couldn’t the Torah SheBal Peh be written down? Wouldn’t it have been a lot more efficient?
- How did Talmud Torah develop over time?
- Why do we learn? And why so much gemara? What and how should we learn?
